Thank you for shopping with LabelData.com, LLC. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please review our Refund & Return Policy below, especially for custom-printed products.

  1. Stock Items

Stock items (non-custom labels, ribbons, and accessories) may be returned under the following conditions:

  • Returns accepted within 5 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • A return authorization may be required before sending items back.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the product is received and inspected.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise specified.
  1. Custom-Printed Products

Custom-made items—including custom labels, signage, warehouse placards, rack labels, reflective signs, and printed ribbons—are non-refundable.

Because these products are produced specifically for your order, we do not accept returns for:

  • Incorrect sizes, colors, or materials if approved during proofing
  • Customer-provided artwork or data errors
  • Changes requested after production begins

Exception: If there is a production error on our end, we will remake or replace the item at no cost.

  1. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective:

  1. Notify us within 5 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number and photos showing the issue.
  3. We will evaluate and provide the best solution—replacement, remake, or refund.

We will cover any return shipping costs when the issue is our fault.

  1. Order Cancellations
  • Stock items: Orders may be canceled before shipment for a full refund.
  • Custom orders: Cancellations are allowed only before artwork approval or before production begins.
  • Once production has started, cancellations are no longer eligible for refunds.
  1. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 3–7 business days for the credit to appear, depending on your financial institution.

  1. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. A return (if eligible) must be processed first, then a new order can be placed.
