Sequential barcode labels produced to your exact data range, format, and material spec. No stock SKUs. Every order is custom, built for warehouse management systems that cannot tolerate duplicates.
LPN stands for License Plate Number. In warehouse and inventory management, an LPN label is a unique, sequential barcode applied to a pallet, tote, carton, or other handling unit.
Once applied, that label becomes the identifier your Warehouse Management System uses to track the unit through receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping.
The value of an LPN label is accuracy. Scan it once and the WMS knows exactly what is in the unit, where it came from, and where it needs to go. That means fewer lost pallets, fewer mispicks, and faster throughput across your operation.

Every LPN label we produce is custom. These are our standard specifications that cover the majority of WMS applications. Need something outside these specs? Just tell us.

We’ve been doing this since 1993. LPN labels are not a side project for us — they’re a core specialty.
LabelData was producing LPN labels before most WMS platforms existed. We've seen every sequence format, every edge case, and every integration quirk — and solved them.
We track your sequence history so your reorders always pick up where the last batch ended. No overlaps. No duplicates. No manual spreadsheet handoff.
Resin-based print produces barcodes that hold up through the lifecycle of a pallet — cold dock to hot truck to distant DC. Scans remain sharp on first pass.
Our Galena, Ohio facility produces quickly and ships across the US. When a warehouse runs low on LPNs, operations stop. We work to make sure that doesn't happen.
Every LPN order is custom. Send us the details — size, material, data range, volume — and we’ll get back to you fast with pricing and turnaround. No automated quotes, no chatbots, no sales pressure.

Both options work. Most customers supply their own sequence, prefix, or data file to match their WMS configuration. If you’d prefer we generate it, just tell us the starting number, format, and quantity, and we’ll produce the sequence for you.
When you order LPNs from us, we save the sequence range you used. The next time you reorder, we pick up exactly where the last batch ended — no duplicates, no overlaps, no manual spreadsheet handoff between you and us. This service is free for every customer, for the life of the account.
Yes. Our labels work with every major WMS platform and handheld barcode scanner. If your system reads standard barcode symbologies (Code 128, Code 39, etc.), we can print labels that scan correctly in your workflow. Let us know your WMS and scanner models in the quote request and we’ll confirm.
We work with businesses of all sizes and can accommodate both small pilot runs and high-volume production orders. Tell us your volume and we’ll quote accordingly — there’s no fixed minimum that prices out smaller operations.
Production turnaround on custom LPN orders is fast. Shipping is from our Galena, Ohio facility to anywhere in the US. If you’re on a tight timeline, let us know in your quote request and we’ll discuss expedited options.
Yes. We stock white and popular pastel colors (yellow, blue, pink, green) for LPN applications. Many customers use color-coded LPNs to designate warehouse zones, product categories, rotation cycles, or inbound vs. outbound flow. Tell us what you need in your quote request.
